At DTI we offer
service on all makes and models of in-line wire drawing machines.
Having been involved in the design of most of these machines, we know
where to get, and install the parts correctly. Barber-Coleman speed
controls, US Varidrives; Zero-Max; Vickers, Carter and Dana
hydrostatics; Sterling and Coyote Eddycurrent's; Sundstrand series 20
and 10 hydrostatics; Hydura-Oilgear pumps; just to name a few. We can
supply belts and pulleys sized to speed up or slow down your wire
drawer for a new faster header. We can turn and polish your old worn
out capstan to new standards, or we can provide a new replacement
capstan.

Rebuilding
Services
At DTI we can
make your old wire drawer or Straighten and Cut machine like new. We
offer machine rebuilding services ranging from just capstan
re-polishing, to complete tear down and rebuild. We can also take your
old hydrostatic or belt drive machine and convert to a variable
frequency drive. This conversion will give you complete dancer arm
control with no operator speed setting required. It will also eliminate
any maintenance associated with the above mentioned obsolete drives.
